Essentially a young balsamic vinegar, Agro di Mosto is made of cooked grape must, the same process that makes Aceto Balsamico, but extracted young, after only 2-3 years. The result is a vinegar that is quite tart but still delicate, full of fresh aromas. Perfect for vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Agro di Mosto comes from the same company that provides us with fine aged Balsamics, the family-run Acetaia San Giacomo of Emilia Romagna, Italy.
