Atlantic Salmon Fillet


Salmon can quickly and easily be baked, barbequed, roasted, poached, grilled, steamed or fried with a multitude of flavours. However, it is probably best eaten rare after barely searing it on a very hot grill.

Besides being low in calories and cholesterol, and high in protein, salmon are a particularly rich source of omega-3 essential fatty acids, which are vital for healthy hearts and minds.
