Cuore di Farina (Heart of Flour) – Agugiaro & Figna
The flour used to make homemade pasta. To produce it, soft wheat is milled, making it silky soft, quick to knead and mix. The ash content is reduced to a minimum to leave you with a clear and vivid coloured dough. Ideal ingredient for all kinds of pasta and to prepare gnocchi.
